Central Florida Trophy Hunts can process your alligator and wild game at our licensed and permitted facility. We are HACCP Compliant and permitted through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission. We offer our clients a high quality product at an affordable price.
When using our services for your alligator, you can choose to have your Alligator Regular Skinned (hide scraped & salted and rolled for transport to the tannery) or Trophy Skinned (for full mount or rug mount, ready for taxidermy). All meat is vacuum sealed.

When using our high-quality services, you can expect your hide to be scraped, salted and rolled for transport. Your meat will be defatted, cut and cubed in 2.5lb vacuum-sealed bags put in 5lb labeled boxes. We can also ship your meat via FED EX/UPS to any location.
